1. Rental Period

The standard rental period is 3 to 4 days (unless agreed otherwise). Dresses must be returned by the agreed date and time to avoid extra charges.

2. Payment

Full payment (rental fee + refundable deposit) must be made on/before collection or delivery. The refundable deposit secures the dress for your date. Rental fee can be made on collection date.

3. Deposit Policy

A refundable deposit of R250 is required with every rental.

The deposit will be refunded within 2–3 business days after the dress is returned in good condition.

If the dress is returned late, damaged, or stained, part or all of the deposit may be used to cover cleaning, repair, or late fees.

4. Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the rental date: You’ll receive a refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the rental date: No refund will be issued.

No refunds are given if the dress does not fit or you change your mind after collection or delivery.

If Belly and i maternity dress hire cancels your booking (for example, due to damage or unavailability), you’ll receive a full refund.

5. Dress Care

Please handle all dresses with care. Do not wash, alter, or iron them — we handle the cleaning.

6. Damage or Loss

If the dress is returned with damage, stains, or alterations, repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the deposit.

If the dress is lost or damaged beyond repair, you’ll be charged the full retail value of the dress.

7. Late Returns

A daily late fee of R50 applies for each day the dress is overdue.

If the dress is not returned within 5 days, the full retail value may be charged.

8. Fit and Style

Please confirm your size before booking.

9. Delivery and Collection

Delivery fees depend on your location. Ensure someone is available to receive or return the dress on time.

10. Agreement

By paying for the rental, you agree to these terms and conditions.
